“Community partners”, continued Sheriff Lippa, “have contributed much to our success over the last decade.  In collaboration with our Board of Supervisors, other elected officials and leaders within Caroline County and the Commonwealth of Virginia, local business groups, volunteer and civic organizations, neighborhood watch programs, educators and the worship community, we have implemented new deployment plans and improved on our current strategies in order to reduce victimization within our county.  We believe in community partnerships which helps us continue to provide a safe community. The men and women of your Sheriff’s Office have and continue to live the CCSO pledge of being “Community Committed Service Oriented” through daily acts of commitment, professionalism, compassion, honor and accountability.

“I have been serving the citizens in Caroline County as a law enforcement officer since 1979 – first as a member of the Virginia State Police, and for the last eleven years as your Sheriff. I consider myself truly blessed, honored and privileged to be your Sheriff since 2004 and want to continue my commitment of providing a safer place to live, work and raise a family,” stated Sheriff Lippa.
